I love culinary discoveries.
Today, the discovery was the new breed lower-carbohydrate potato by SunFresh. We saw, we bought, we made some KICKASS mashed potatoes.

I am sooooo thrilled that your spa day went so heavenly. I am totally envious. I keep hinting to DH that I would love a spa day .. so far .. it hasn't sunk in for him yet.

Why oh why is it that I cannot find these gifts from the heavens at my grocery store? I live in Florida, for goodness sake, where they were friggin' invented! What cruel cruel irony is this?!?!
