Confounding complications
Why does it hurt when I pee?
I don't want no doctor
To stick no needle in me
Why does it hurt when I pee?
I had a complication post-op. I developed bladder stones which led to a lot of pain, some infection and several episodes of fainting and wanting to barf. Plus, I had to make an extra trip to the doctor for a new medication to add to my collection--sulfa drugs. The yeasts should be preparing for their big Pelvic Picnic right about now.
Well I took the drugs, as prescribed, and promptly proceeded to be very, very ill.
"Oh, take with FOOD you say?"
A couple doses of Phenergan (anti-nausea) later, I was feeling much better. But it still hurt when I peed. Today, I pee without consequence, without abandon. I pee like the wind, like a maniac freed from the confines of a padded prison. Oh do I revel in the glory of pain-free urination.
Now the yogurt therapy begins. No yeasty-beasties attacking MY flippyflaps, thankewverymuch. Not after all the crap I've gone through this week.

Of all the damned luck!!! Glad you can pee without pain now. Hope you avoid the yeastie beasties. As for the lap.. any results yet???
I had the same issue with yeastie beastie's forever. I found that taking Acidolphus (good bacteria) cuts down on all the issues. Not sure if you can do it in conjunction with your other meds since it's a live bacteria but it does help with the extra yeast issue.
Cheers,

Glad to see you're up and around, hon.
Don't worry too much about the yeast, tho. Most of the world's supply of snatch yeast is still tied up at the Buttmansion abode. :)
I have to give credit where credit is due, to Akeeyu Buttmansion for the new word of the century, "Flippyflaps". I wish I had invented it.
And oh yes, acidophilus is way high on my dietary intake. I haven't purged the system of candida yeast in nearly ten years, I am sure the colony has regrouped by now.
HI Ollie... Glad to hear everything went well and that they got the endo!!!
When you are feeling better I would love to email you ... A lap is my next step... I have no symptoms of endo so I just blew my RE off when he suggested lap surgery... because I knew that endo caused infertitlity but since I had been pregnant twice (both m/c at 7 weeks)and had no symptoms... I thought I was "safe"... Now since you mention endo CAUSING m/c I am freaked... How do I know if I need this surgery???
When you are back to normal... please let me know what you think...

Hey Jamie Elise, email me at oliviadrab@hotmail.com and I'd be happy to regale you with the drama of my endo.
I'm very glad to hear that you are feeling better. Pain free peeing is quite a joy.
Bladder stones on top of everything else?
Added to the giant ass "Not fucking fair" list.

Glad you're feeling better. Pee away!
I take acidopholus as part of my 'detox' routine to calm my bitchy intenstine down. I didn't realize it had a lot of benefits like that. I open the capsule and add it to my 'shake' (my cake mix and sand concotion).
Glad you're all cleaned out and you know what the issues were and they're fixed.
xxoo,
Emily
